For administrators, the platform provides tools for managing tournaments, participants and data.

• Provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Tournament Participation

When registering for tournaments:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit
• You accept the rules and terms of the specific tournament
• You agree to comply with the tournament rules
• You understand that your registration may require approval by organisers

5. References and Identifiers

The platform supports registration using:

• ESO ID (Hellenic Chess Federation)
• FIDE ID (International Chess Federation)
• Manual data entry

You are responsible for the accuracy of the identifiers you provide. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of data from external sources.

6. Data Management

Administrators have access to participant data for the purpose of managing tournaments. This data is used exclusively for:

• Managing registrations
• Exporting data for pairing software
• Communicating about the tournament
• Statistics and reports

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal or improper purposes
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the platform
• Reproduce, copy or sell any part of the service
• Use automated tools to access the platform without permission

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the platform, including logos, graphics, text and software, is the property of Chess-Venue or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available continuously or without errors
• The results you obtain will be accurate or reliable
• Errors will be corrected
• The platform is free from viruses or harmful software

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

10. Limitation of Liability
